Pathway to Wellness through Movement: Katharine Pettit Creative- KPC’s I COULD NEVER LOVE ANYONE…Dance Workshop

Joined by dancers Daniella Garofalo, Rachel Lauria, and Aimee Van Dam, Katharine Pettit Creative spotlights social injustices using dance as our universal language, changing minds by opening hearts through movement. KPC’s Pathway to Wellness through Movement: I COULD NEVER LOVE ANYONE… is a three part workshop. Participants will first be guided through emotionally motivated movements, connecting mind and spirit to the physical self. KPC will then share several excerpts of I COULD NEVER LOVE ANYONE…, our dance musical piece following three sisters and their struggle with addiction. We’ll conclude our program with a talk back, aimed at accessing conversation and discussion about substance use disorder, following our experiences of connecting emotion to movement.
